Pros

Great people and management. Great benefits, including employee cruise benefits. Great pay scale. I worked in the offices in Los Angeles and was able to move up in the company with ease.

Cons

The only negative thing I can think of is that the offices are so far away from where I lived so I had a long commute. But that wasn't on the company, it was where I chose to live.

Pros

One free cruise every year when you have been employed for less then five years. Princess Cruises hire some great people and then some that aren't and have no idea what they are doing up in management?....

Cons

Pay is very low company acknowledges the fact but isn't doing anything about it.... Bottom line, you want to make a real living this isn't a place for you. Your bonus structure is a joke...
