Pros

A culture of improvement and caring makes princess an ideal place to start your career in corporate accounting.

Cons

Horrible pay. Especially for staff and senior accountants. We are talking about 30k for staff and 52k for seniors. Completely ridiculous.

Pros

- Travel perks obviously, getting to see the world for free! - Meeting a huge network of people and friendships that last a lifetime. The crew are always friendly and fun. - Majority of passengers are really enjoyable and fun to be around, making most jobs easier. - Job security is pretty good - as long as you do your work you'll get rehired, just don't think you'll get promoted.

Cons

- Depending on position, the job can be very tiresome, working upwards of 10 hours a day for up to 10 months. - Growth within the company is near impossible - despite having high appraisals and customer satisfaction scores, you won't get promoted unless you're simply at the right place at the right time. Many poor leaders are around because of it. - The pay is pretty low, even though you don't pay rent, food or any bills. Pay is determined from your home countries' cost of living, so some lower positions get paid close to nothing. - Accommodations for non-officer positions can be bad - small rooms with roommates, and poor food selections.
