Poor corporate management

Pros

Free meals, health insurance benefits.

Cons

Terrible oversight of community from corporate. People are not able to speak into possible improvements but instead are made to follow a business plan that is the same for all communities, taking little consideration for local market trends and statistics. Allegations of abuse took days to look into. Employees treated unfairly and pay is horrible. Absolutely no preventative maintenance of the building. Residents pay egregious amounts of money on a monthly basis and are left on the street if they outlive their funds with no help to find new placement. Horrible treatment.
