Pros

Ability to get drunk on the companies dime once a month.

Cons

There are a lot of cons, but I will stick with the basics. 1. Management is incompetent. They "talk the talk" but can't "walk the walk" at the end of the day. 2. Director of Sales can't even cold call properly. It was so embarrassing trying to qualify a lead with this guy, when he didn't even know the script, and P1 is ALL ABOUT the script, and sticking to the script. Kind of awkward when the director of Sales doesn't even know it. 3. I can't stress enough how many fake reviews are on this website. How is it possible that 4 positive reviews were all posted on 9/25? Also, after some not so great reviews were put up, there have been 7 positive reviews. Seems like the company is trying to cover up how bad they actually are. SUPER sketch. I have been with the company for about a year and 10 people have quit (ALL Territory Managers/ Account Managers) If that's not enough to get you to run, then I truly don't know what is. Seriously, Priority1 is always hiring because people are constantly quitting. Let that settle in. I can't wait to leave this place. As soon as I find another job, I am sprinting out of here!

Pros

None, I didn’t have any.

Cons

11-12 hour days which make for a 60 hour week. Not receiving the necessary pay for working a 60 hour week. As I said, untruthful leaders. They like to think they are a “small company” but corporate level does not operate as a small company. Only about the numbers. Regional sales managers treat employees like garbage. No respect for employees. Training program is a joke - a waste of a week and a waste of money for the company. Unclear expectations - I was hired as a territory manager, but when 2 people from my office quit, I was expected to be hitting account manager numbers while still getting paid to be a territory manager (???)

Pros

I’ve been employed with Priority1 for going on two years now. It’s been a hard working two years, but here at Priority1 hard work pays off. The commission structure is intended for you to make great money after year one. Everyone starts as a Territory Manager and is treated the same as anyone else. Privately held which means you’re in close contact with majority of the executive members. Managers actually care about your well being. This job’s great experience for someone coming out of college looking for sales experience. - Flys you in to corporate for week long training. - Constant professional development. - Positive/ Energetic environment. - Uncapped Commission - $500 month car allowance. - Mon - Fri full reimbursement gas & Tolls. - Annual awards ceremony - Quarter & Annual contests - Paid in full Health benefits - 15% profit sharing - 401K Match

Cons

This job’s not meant for everyone. It’s a head hunters role, then having to wear multiple hats and manage your book of business. Favorites can be played sometimes, but that’s with many companies.
