Pros

The women at this company are amazing.

Cons

If you want your hard work ethic, kindness, and time to be taken advantage of, work for this company. The leaders/supervisors/management push unrealistic expectation’s so that they can make more commission off of your book of business while you get minimal. They will manipulate you to work in their unrealistic work environment and hit KPI’s while they give no help. They mass hire so that they can bring on as many accounts as possible so when people leave, they can still make their money. They expect you to cold call all day, bother and follow up with your customers when they don’t want that relationship while also supporting your customers, billing, and their shopping needs. They encourage putting unethical amounts of margin on their product when it really is a terrible product. There is no support when you do bring on good new customers as they fail to cover trucks or help when capacity/resources are scarce (which is often). Management and supervisors take an unfair amount of commission from your book when they are in leadership meetings or walking around the office most of the day. When you need help and have all of these things to complete before you “can leave for the day” is really a slap in the face. They also change the software platforms, processes, and expectations basically every week. This makes staying organized and closing business very difficult as you are always adjusting to their new and unrealistic expectations. The men at this company are also very direct and inappropriate as they think it’s a place to look you up and down, give inappropriate eye contact, and flirt with you. This was exhausting and very uncomfortable for me and shows how much of a boys club it really is. They gooze over the benefits when they give you 5 days of PTO your first year, no maternity leave and treat you badly when you do get pregnant. During training they lie, kiss your butt, and tell you the job is the American dream when it really is probably the worst place to work even post grad with minimal experience. The base is hilarious while they try to tell you that the commission is fair and a lot of money once you do bring on new customers. When I quit, I was approached and harassed by management who couldn’t fathom that the money isn’t enough and that it’s a very crappy and unfair job. I’ve been called out for leaving when my contracted hours are complete for the day as if I am suppose to work extra hours for pay check to pay check pay and a toxic work environment.
