Pros

Priority 1 has been an amazing company to work for! The training program that they offer is great. The management has truly been amazing, the managers help you be successful and they challenge you to be better everyday. They give you praise when you do well and they encourage you when your struggling (which I think is important in having a good management). The pay is decent, especially if your right out of college but it is extremely nice that they give us a nice car allowance +iPhone/laptop and uncapped commission. The benefits are really nice as well, but the profit sharing is like the icing on the cake. You probably wont find another company that offers what P1 does. If you get the opportunity to get on with P1, do it!

Cons

I wish there could be some type of vacation days offered within the first year, however I do feel like this is the industry standard.

Priority1 is a great company for anyone wanting to break into Entry Level Sales. As a Priority1 Territory Manager you gain access to: -Base Salary + Unlimited Commission + Car Allowance + Reimbursed Gas Receipts + Laptop and Cellphone -Profit Sharing (15% Income Match) -Fortune 500 Training and Development -Unlimited Growth Potential -Incredibly Fun and Competitive Culture -Knowledgeable and Driven Leaders Who Only Want the Best for their Employees The skill set that you learn at Priority1 is invaluable and you will be able use it for the rest of your life. Whether you decide to grow within our organization or move on to other opportunities, you will be much better prepared to be successful after the Training and Development you receive from the Leadership at P1.

Cons

There are no downsides with this company. Never have I been part of another organization that cares so much about the individual success of their employees.

Pros

You get plenty of freedom to run your territory. But at the same time you get the structure, support and guidance when you need it in order to be successful. The salary is average or slightly above, but the health benefits, car allowance and monthly bonus make it a very competitive package in the freight sales line of work.

Cons

Not sure there are any cons.
