      Pros

      I am both a former and current employee of Priority1. I left the company and recently came back. This company is second to none in the way they treat their employees. They offer a package that can't be matched. The senior leadership is keyed in on growing the company and realizing how to do it the right way! I am pleased to be a part of a great organization.

      Cons

      After being gone for a year and coming back I can say the cons that I thought were there have been changed. The culture has changed tremendously for the better. Management has had a change in mindset on how to grow and the way to do it.

      Pros

      I have been at Priority1 for over a year now and my experience has been very positive. They have been very generous, and have allowed me to grow by book of business without micromanaging. In addition to this, the LTL rates are extremely competitive & the TMS platform is very user friendly (allowing customers to access and book on their own).

      Cons

      There are very few cons to working here. From what I hear, they have higher expectations for there sales reps than some of the competitors ( personally I think their expectations coincide with the ones I have for myself & only aid to my own financial benefit).
