Pros

What do employees what from an employer? I wanted a company who cared about my performance, acknowledged when I went above and beyond, treated me fairly, provided great benefits which contributed to my well being and future. I wanted an employer who respected me as a person. Prism Real Estate Services met my employment goals!

Pros

You get mileage reimbursement for travel.

Cons

Regional Managers are not all very knowledgeable. They tell you what you want to hear and then never act on it. Very high turnover rate. Underpay employees and ask too much of their staff. No commission for leases. Not many bonus opportunities.

Upper management is professional, caring and thoughtful. Touching the lives of employees and residents are the mission of this Company. Upper management goes above and beyond to ensure all employees are compensated fairly and treated with respect. Benefit package is competitive and top notch!
