Pros

Going to work each day is something I used to dread until I found Prism. Now I feel like I'm leaving one home to go to another. I get to work with people that I genuinely enjoy being around. There's a 100% open door policy and I can have a conversation with the principal of the company just as easily as with a coworker. The people that work for our company feel a deep calling to helping improve the lives of people in our communities, which is why that is our mission statement. We have great leadership and amazing team members in place to ensure long-term success.
