I honestly can't think of one good thing to say about this company.

Cons

Young, fresh out of high school, unexperienced, bossy, entitled, management that treats everyone like servants. Huge lack of leadership.

Pros

Great healthcare. Everyone who works here works their tails off, including the Owner. They do an honest job and truly aim for integrity in all aspects.

Cons

Not a lot of PTO. The company is growing so fast that we have a hard time keeping up with new policies, increased duties, etc.
