Cult-like atmosphere

Pro? Being able to quit.

Cons

Cult like mentality. You either agree with those in charge or your job is miserable. Anyone that speaks their mind finds their stay at Prism uncomfortable and short lived. The "director" crew are people who have never challenged the owner, which is why they are where they are.

Pros

What do employees what from an employer? I wanted a company who cared about my performance, acknowledged when I went above and beyond, treated me fairly, provided great benefits which contributed to my well being and future. I wanted an employer who respected me as a person. Prism Real Estate Services met my employment goals!
