      Company is trying to further their growth

      Cons

      In furthering their growth they lost sight of their values and not a good culture or company that cares about their employees unless your corporate. When hiring new employees they need proper training this is not considered hand holding this is a medical field where staff needs to be properly trained on how to do their job. This company has a sink or swim mindset Horrible treatment by some of the staff in the offices - could be considered harassment

      Our company does not tolerate harassment in any form and it's an important part of what we communicate to all of our staff and new hires. In addition to standards of conduct, we have a very clear set of mission, vision, and values, that drive our priorities every day.

      Pros

      PRISM is growing fast and because of that, there is amazing career potential. It allowed me to take the next step of my career and I've truly enjoyed being able to come to work, knowing I'm making a difference and being part of something bigger. Company offers excellent benefits Company opportunities for advancement - since we're in early stages of grwoth there are opportunities that aren't immediately available Collaborative team environment (where you also get your autonomy) Company listens to new ideas and encourages growth, both personally and professionally

      Cons

      Working for a growing healthcare company, things can evolve pretty quickly. There isn't a lot of hand-holding. Every day is working towards improving our way of doing things. It is important not to get swept up in the noise and focus on progress in action that work toward that. That determination and self-starter mindset is rewarded at PRISM
