      good coworkers, that's about it

      Management will not train you even after you repeatedly ask them to train you properly, they under pay their employees, they have illegal practices as far as disability accommodations. They will not give you any disability accommodation which is highly illegal. Their CRM system is horrible, doctors tend to be over an hour behind which upsets patients and we get to deal with their unhappiness. It is a very toxic culture.

      Company is trying to further their growth

      Cons

      In furthering their growth they lost sight of their values and not a good culture or company that cares about their employees unless your corporate. When hiring new employees they need proper training this is not considered hand holding this is a medical field where staff needs to be properly trained on how to do their job. This company has a sink or swim mindset Horrible treatment by some of the staff in the offices - could be considered harassment

      Our company does not tolerate harassment in any form and it's an important part of what we communicate to all of our staff and new hires. In addition to standards of conduct, we have a very clear set of mission, vision, and values, that drive our priorities every day.
