      I truly can’t think of a pro. False promises are made, management fails to support staff, communication is horrible & drastic changes are made without consideration.

      Lack of resources for new hires. Lack of training & support.

      Good office, gym, nice people and culture

      Cons

      New managers too passionate about numbers and reports rather than the real result of the work. Unfair environment when some teams allowed to work sometimes from home but another prohibited, and new team managers know less than their subordinates.
