No team feeling, poor communication between employees. Everyone out for themselves. Poor management more into finding drama than finding solutions.

Good office, gym, nice people and culture

Cons

New managers too passionate about numbers and reports rather than the real result of the work. Unfair environment when some teams allowed to work sometimes from home but another prohibited, and new team managers know less than their subordinates.
