      Pros

      Working here has allowed me to work with and help many patients. Learning eye health was another positive.

      Cons

      Low pay , inconsistent work office schedules, they lie to get you in the job but they are very racially biased and that is unacceptable in this day and time. I have seen management talk about staff to other staff, just very unprofessional. They gaslight you and they also target you when you can see past their bull crap. Please Stay Away!!!

      There is nothing good to say about this place.

      Cons

      This company is a revolving door of garbage. The CEO is a roadblock to any and all progress the rest of the staff tries to make. Do not even consider taking a job here.
