Pros

Working at Prison Fellowship is like being a part of a large family. Even though we are scattered across the United States PFM goes the extra mile in making us all feel connected. We are all working together to impact the laws and lives of those impacted by crime and incarceration. Salary is competitive, benefits are amazing. It is absolutely the best job I've had, ever!

Family environment, everyone from the CEO / President to administrative assistance! Everyone is so helpful, competitive pay and great benefits! I highly recommend this company!!!

Cons

Honesty there are no drawbacks to working for PF!

Pros

Good benefits, kind and polite coworkers, spectacular mission and work. Previous silos between departments have been broken, lots of growth in the coming years.

Cons

Communication between supervisor and employee can be sparse at times. This could come from the old silos. Culture continues to shift.
