Pros

Prison Fellowship is the best organizations i have ever worked for. There is great leadership support, benefits, employee moral, and upward mobility.

Cons

Whenever you work with people there are going to be issues but Prison Fellowship does a great job of managing these issues and creating a friendly and caring work environment.

Awesome Non Profit!

Pros

The People!-- Friendly and helpful employees who want you to succeed. Each employee realizes all roles are important. We are in this together. The benefits are awesome. You start off with 3 weeks vacation/15 holidays/10 sick days. Like no other company. They care about work/life balance. Basically they walk the talk. Very talented team that come from various industries. You are empowered and not micro managed.

Cons

I have not seen any glaring cons at this time.
