Pros

I have been with PrizePicks for roughly 3 months now and before that had worked in a handful of different positions in the sports and hospitality industry. I have never been apart of a culture quite like PrizePicks. Everywhere you look, coworkers are trying to help each other out, all striving towards one common goal: make the product as successful as possible. There is no attempts to "one-up" one another like you'll get in a corporate culture, the team atmosphere is unmatched. Communication amongst departments and employees in general is always excellent and as clear as possible. We pride ourselves on OVER-communicating. If you dislike repetitive tasks and repetition in general, PrizePicks is the place for you. In the fast-moving world of DFS and sports, at PrizePicks we try to stay one step ahead of the competition and community, so every day we are tackling different projects and discussing alternative routes to success in each facet of the company. This also speaks to our organizational skills, while we may have 15 different topics to discuss and work out as a team, the management and department heads always stay organized and clear. Additionally, if you are passionate about sports and the industry, this won't even seem like a job to you. This is a unique job in that nearly every position at the company can make a direct impact on the industry, the sports world, and on the product itself. -Lots of room for growth and upward mobility within the company as it is in such a fast growing industry -Easily can work from home -Flexible hours -Getting to work within the sports world/industry every day -Your work makes a genuine impact on the company day in and day out -Great work/life balance, no micro-managing

Cons

Struggling to think of any. Even if you dislike a fast-paced environment, there is a role for you at PrizePicks!

Pros

Fast moving and agile company. Any issues can be solved some day and features can be added on the fly. Lots of opportunity to leave your mark on the company/product. Great place for go-getters who want to learn a multitude of different skills.

Cons

Not a place for people who just want to do repetitive work day to day. The high paced speed at which the company operates may not be for everyone.
