Pros

- True startup mentality, everyone works hard and gets things done without being micro-managed. - Every day is something new, while your role doesn't dictate what you're involved with. Many people have joined the company in one role and found another that was needed and transitioned to where they are most interested. - Flexible hours, work from home optional and the best amenities at our offices at the Atlanta Tech Village. - Tons of outings and events we go to to keep things fresh and exciting. - Work in Fantasy sports, can't get much better than that.

Cons

- If you only function well with strict over-sight, then it may not be the best environment for you right now. Freedom comes with responsibility and it's up to each person to make sure they are doing what they should be. - Pay could always be higher, but as an early stage startup it should be expected.

Pros

culture - It's fun to work here! Our CEO works hard to make sure we have a good work/life balance. Our team enjoys trips to games, basketball/ping pong tournaments, events outside work and coming to the office is like hanging out with 20-30+ of your closest friends who like sports and want to help you become a better version of yourself. growth - we've grown quickly! Working with our team I've learned how to better plan for the future while making the present as fun as possible for ourselves and member base. Knowing exactly why we are adding/removing certain aspects of our product allows us to best represent the company when speaking with our members excitement - I've learned how to sharpen existing skills and work on projects that seemed impossible before. My team lifts me up and I do the same in return, we have the ability to bring out the best in each other and I feel safe working here for the foreseeable future.

Cons

pay - it was clearly explained when joining that pay is competitive for startups. We were given an incredible stock option plan, beyond fair health insurance, reimbursement for Marta/free parking on site, and a flexible office/home schedule to offset starting pay

Cons

- Startup comes with a slim pay cut but the Pros absolutely make up for it
