Pros

Work-life balance is seen as important by both the employees and upper management. Flexibility with scheduling/time off requests. A more laid-back environment fosters a less stressful working relationship between employees, as well as allows for individuality.

Cons

Lack of consistent communication between management, and between management and subordinates---most consistently the multiple changes that happen, and making sure everyone is on the same page/knows about said changes. While a positive, the laid-back environment does allow for slacking of office employees, and lack of accountability.

Thank you for the great feedback! It is great to hear that our fellow employees are able to really practice a balanced lifestyle. That is something we have worked very hard to establish as we believe it is the key to enjoying the time you do spend here at the office. I completely agree that communication needs to get better. As we grow we are faced with new challenges every day and change comes often and quickly. It is because of great feedback like this that we can look into the mirror and ask ourselves - are we doing enough? I think in this case the answer is no. We can and will do better as we establish better means of communication and evaluation and build in accountability for all employees. Sales manager is great Bring home a work truck Co-workers Company phone Owners are awesome Not micro-managed

Cons

County supervisor is beyond terrible. Heat Dead rats Disgusting homes Long hours 6 day work weeks County supervisor.. the worst

Thank you so much for the feedback! We are grateful for the opportunity to review how our employees feel about their supervisors. It is never an acceptable situation when leadership makes you feel undervalued or unappreciated. We have made some changes in our leadership since this review has posted and we are looking forward to those changes making for a more inspirational and pleasant work experience. We have also launched a leadership training program that will be taking place this upcoming year. We can tell from your review that the owners and the sales manager were strong leaders in your eyes so we are confident the leadership structure as a whole is healthy and thriving.
