First off... I am writing this as when I left there was a push from management to flood Glassdoor because of all their negative reviews. I left this yr, read all current employee reviews with caution.
Gaslighting, poor management, unrealistic expectations, all things you will encounter on a daily basis. All of this is due to a clear exit strategy from the current shareholders. If you take a job at this company be aware they are clearly in pump and dump mode and looking to spike revenue while cutting all costs possible. At the beginning of 2021 they expanded the sales team without expanding any other dept....which obviously led to internal issues from simply not having enough employees to truly deal with the day to day from customers. They don't care though, this c-suites sole goal is to make their inevitable valuation in a 1/2 yr timeframe as large as possible and run off with their earnings from the sell. Oh and one more thing, don't expect any opportunity to obtain shares within the company, they make it very clear you should be grateful for your below market salary and sub par benefits.
