Understaff and overwhelmed. Not hiring enough employees to deal with the customer growth (it’s not a labor shortage, it’s a wage/benefit issue). Unwilling to fight employee burnout due to concern with their bottom line, which in turn effects the customer experience. Wages/benefits are not competitive for a company in the tech industry. Need to restructure their handoff from sales to implementation to AM to consider if 1:1 support and onboarding of small customers is a worthwhile pursuit of an employee’s salary and time.

The most toxic company i have ever worked for. They beat their employees to a pulp, give them no real benefits/raises and are shocked when someone would want to leave. Executive's ego's are so far gone that they can't see how unhappy their employees truly are. Refuse to take an accountability for their actions and the way they treat people. Will give you a promotion but no raise with it. Lots of yes men willing to do whatever for execs when they get no real benefits, it's like they are a part of NXIVM. This company lives in the 90s not realizing people want to actually have work life balance and push their best employees out. These positive reviews are laughable at best, congrats executives on trying to make yourself look better!
