Pros

Decent benefits immediate vesting 401k, hybrid work & nice office with some sort of free meal weekly. Top sales tools (salesforce/salesloft), and helpful sales ops department. Metric driven approach. Some opportunities to get promoted.

Cons

Constant changes of territories, processes, goals, and switched the team from salaried to hourly. Changed the commission structure to percentages, paired with low base pay. Company culture lacking, not necessarily fun to work for however it could be because of covid/ the hybrid model limiting interactions. Also lack of diversity!

We appreciate your feedback. We acknowledge that we have had a lot of change related to our sales processes. We believe these changes are for the betterment of our employees and customers. We also acknowledge that working remote limits interactions and makes it more difficult to engage. For this reason, we do encourage employees to come into the office on a regular basis to work side-by-side with their colleagues, collaborate, interact, and provide feedback to each other.

Sometimes they remember you're human!

Cons

No culture, lowest pay imaginable, and constant change for the worst. Executives self promote while giving nothing to their employees. No spiffs, no spending, nothing. All take, zero give. No compassion, and no reason to work here.

Nice office, easy to sell software

Cons

No management at all, turnover rate is extremely high which leads to a ton of issues, they really do not care about their employees at all, no social life or events, not going anywhere, LOW pay
