      I learned long time ago if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. And in this column I can't say anything nice

      Cons

      Lying, backstabbing people. You only make commission and you only get that if you hit ridiculous targets that the company comes up with. Otherwise they pay slightly above minimum wage....slightly. Management says one thing and does another.

      Honestly Best Staffing Company I ever worked for.

      Pros

      Everyone is there to support each other, have fun and be successful. Management is constantly working to create a great work environment. Having worked for other staffing firms, this is by far the best.

      Cons

      On occasion, management will keep under performers too long. They want everyone to be successful but sometimes as with any job, may not work out.
