Pros

Great learning experience, initially great leadership and team when I started.

Cons

They get rid of recruiters quickly and quietly. A red flag to go through so many people. It might be worth looking into new upper management.

Pros

Account managers are the real leaders and so helpful.

Cons

Operations management does nothing to bring value to the team, but they're in the boys club and grandfathered in, so they're untouchable. The rest of us are/were expendable, and they make that obvious.

Pros

- Flexible Work Life Balance - Great, laid back management - Uncapped Commission

Cons

-Commission/ Metrics driven environment causes a lot of daily stress - In current market recruiting for an agency is very hard. A lot of push back from candidates not wanting to talk to a contract recruiter - Tolling on mental health to be that reliant on commission and pressure to constantly perform/ stay on the top
