Pros

Tons of flexibility in terms of where you work, and what hours you work. Great team, always helpful and fun to be around. All positions pay competitively, and also provide stock, and a free gym membership.

Cons

Minimal formal training provided, not a lot of guidance or mentorship. Since the company is small, it's difficult to progress to new positions within the organization.
