Pros

Easy work and not hard to stand out for more "opportunities"

Cons

Insurance and 401k are just meh for new hires. Pay/promotion is VERY dependent on the group and manager and there seems to be a lot of turnover or shuffling so prepare to work hard with little reward but lots of promises for opportunities that may not come. Our location was basically a competition of what group was least capable or most able to bs with majority of work falling on the loser.

Pros

Bellin PT onsite. honestly that is it, we do not get product anymore and all of the good managers are gone so can't even say that management is good. the current PM has sunk this ship so bad that there is no coming back from it or the 100+ who have left.

Cons

Anytime a company is doing 'mass hiring' with billboards and events that should raise a flag - why? Why do you need so many people so desperately so fast? The answer is either, increasing production or decreasing employees. At PG GB. production is not increasing... You always hear 'this place has gone downhill' but what does that actually mean? - it means that the disconnect and disrespect is palpable. They say ' we pay 'them' (as in human beings) enough that they should just do their job. No appreciation, no support, nothing. It is very sad to see people who have been there for so long and see how much it hurts them how their last years are being spent and how they are being treated. All of the good managers are gone, they stayed a long time to fight for what was right but eventually everyone has a breaking point and P&G Green Bay is that breaking point.
