Loved it at first, then turned into a nightmare!

Pros

They are flexible with student schedules. They mean well. The basic idea of training and business management are good, but the implementation and HR department are awful.

Cons

It is very poorly run. There is a lot of miscommunication and supervisors who are uneducated and power hungry. Granted this is not all of them. But I filed multiple complaints about my supervisor and nothing was done to correct it.

We have made some pretty drastic changes to our employee policies, pay grades, and approach to recruiting and retention. We are committed to becoming an employer of choice in Springfield, OR and Vancouver, WA. If you share our core values - Continuous Improvement, Dependability, and Treating Others with Respect and Dignity - please give us a 2nd look. You will be surprised at how much we have changed.

Cons

We don't have the best history or track record from years gone by. The negative reviews from years ago were valid. We listened, we took the comments to heart, and we changed.
