Pros

The only good part was the free gym membership

Cons

Everything else... No Time to update notes. Business Policy Changes Daily even hourly. There is no black or white, only Grey. There are no direct answers to your questions. The Benefit Package is really expensive. Management is always unhappy.

Pros

The only good thing was the schedule.

Cons

Everything! Constantly having to fear for your job. Management constantly changes, which makes the rules constantly change. They are horrible about communicating things to you unless you do something "wrong" and telling them you didn't know does not help you. Just stay away and don't expect much if you do work there.

Pros

Good starting pay If you can get commission and keep it your having a good time there. Fairly routine schedule Good benefits for self only (not family) Free gym Room for advancement until they target you for making to much money

Cons

They constantly are trying to get there hands on your commissions via penalties or audits or simply just taking it away for no real reason other than " Joe does not want to pay commissions" Management has no idea what departments are supposed to do what. The owner could care less about his employees only if his company is expanding and how much commissions he can avoid paying. HR does not care about you either only that you don't have a case to sue them with. Lastly they treat their money making department the worst, the foundation of this company is built by their collectors, expect for them to run all over you and thank them for it on your way out the door.
