Family owned. Variety of locations.

Cons

Training is non-existant. Nearly impossible to grow within in the company unless you are related to a relative.

-Great people to work with -Growing company -Outstanding employee recognition program -Health/Wellness programs -Flexible hours -Employee appreciation, monthly birthdays and anniversaries celebrations -Community driven -Ability to relocate

Cons

Some departments are located in different cities or states. This might be good for people that like to travel.

Pros

It is in orchard park.

Cons

Managers are arrogant. They think they are better than everyone and talk down to you. Seen managers scream and belittle employees on a daily basis.
