Pros

The company stresses family values and it shows in how upper management treats their employees with respect. I saw and appreciated the willingness to move employees into better positions either vertically up the ladder or horizontally if you showed the desire and skills to fit another position. My manager gave me ample opportunity to learn the industry build my position.

Cons

Since my position was singular it did not have the structure in place that sales might. Therefore it was difficult to make achievements that I knew would propel me forward in pay and position.
