      ProSoDel always states that they want to be the best decision their employees have ever made and I must say, they are doing a great job! ProSoDel truly cares about their employees and recognizes employees for their achievements and exceptional performance. The CEO is friendly, personable, and never fails to lighten the mood! I truly enjoy coming to work every day and enjoy all of the ProSoDel staff I interact with on a daily basis. ProSoDel is always encouraging employees to continue to improve and expand your knowledge, whether it be formal education or certifications, they are always willing to help you grow.

      Great people, awesome CEO and Staff.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive. Family members working for the company make it hard to deal with certain issues. Opportunities are based on a "Favoritism Model" to put it best.
