      Pros

      Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC, is by far the best experience I have had. The balance between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction is,unsurpassed. The most honest, hard working, motivated group of professionals I have had the privaledge to work with.

      Cons

      The only cons would be that the potential customers should consider PSD, you going to get the service you expect and more.

      Pros

      I love the Esprit des Corps. The company truly operates like a family. The owner sets an example of work ethic, faith, and integrity. I am proud to follow him into battle everyday!

      It's a tough market for a small business.

      Pros

      Strong fundamental company values, and a CEO that truly appears to care about employees. If you are retired military (especially USMC) you will always have a home here.

      Cons

      Company values are clearly stated; however, in execution multiple integrity issues exist with "doing everything for the clients." Understanding the necessity of building enduring relationships with clients, but excessive "gifting" or "personal services" is often blurred between ProSoDel management and clients. Some of the HR staff have inherent conflicts with their function (i.e. personal relationships/family members of CEO), and thus you are often caught navigating personnel issues without HR support. Benefits are to be expected for a small company (read "okay" at best). The corporate culture is very micro-management based, and sales are often made on the "fake it till you make it" approach.
