Pros

-No Experience Needed -Great Salary -Excellent Foundation -Growth Potential...if you take the job seriously all of these are possible, not to mention outstanding commission.

Cons

Lack of Respect toward upper management. Some employees don't take it seriously and it takes away from the authenticity of the job. Management does a great job trying to keep it in line.

Pros

It seems that most of the offices are really poorly run, New York and Arizona specifically. The Philadelphia office is great. If you can talk to people, you can make good money.

Cons

Would be more ideal for people to have their own offices or at least share
