The company sticks to their system which everyone needs to know about very well for a smooth flow of business.

Cons

The company doesn't promote open communication with the employees. Problems with equipments and machines always happens and it's hard to get them immediately repaired, much more replaced.

You never run out of work or things to do.

Cons

If you work here, you need to work hard to ensure a proper work-life balance. The management might not extend any support in this regard, so you are on your own. I didn't have the patience needed, so I had to quit. I am enjoying a better work-life balance with my new company.

Employee benefits are very competitive. There's wide room form learning and growth.

Cons

The reason that I left this company is because of the management who was very hard to please, unappreciative to its employees efforts and hard work. No matter how hard you work, how long you stay at the office and how many family gatherings you missed, it won't always be good enough for the management. They don't know how to appreciate their hardworking employees.
