Pros

- Up to date with technologies - Beginners friendly - Ability to work remotely - Fancy building

Cons

- After a while of the prohibition period, you will face continuous pressure to be more productive so you end up working extra hours and burnout to meet expectations (Overtime by your choice is not paid). - Ridiculous deadlines, so most likely you'll work extra hours weekly and even weekends from time to time (sometimes mandatory). - Tasks are under estimated since the estimations are highly affected by seniors but anyone can be assigned. - Below average salaries compared to other tech companies. - Nothing is done after reporting toxic people on appraisal time. - Time tracking monitor, you need to reach 8 hours of connectivity regardless working remotely or on-site. - Not much team activities if you're into that. - Unnecessary long process on each merge request or story you're working on. - No flexible working hours like they say.
