flexibility is a must, we all are family, the environment is not a blame-oriented, you would be helped with any mistakes or failures without any blame also you will be appreciated for every good thing even if it was a small one

Very good learning experience, friendly teammates, and nice office buildings.

Cons

The management needs more refinement, long working hours not necessarily compensated for, plus sometimes working with some people that are so unqualified and unprofessional in their work, however, those are a minority in the company.
