Pros

Nice co-workers that are helpful.

Cons

Expensive health insurance-no hmo. You have to pay a pricey deductible each time you see your doctor. Constantly, having computer problems. I worked with a very unknowable supervisor.

Some downsides would be not getting a bigger discount on insurance for yourself.
