Too much work

Pros

That end of year bonus is awesome.

Cons

way too much work with no extra pay. I work 6-7 days a week just to try to catch up a little. Also having to do work for other departments without the increased pay. Hardly any opportunity to move up, stuck in an imaginary contract.

Pros

I’ve been with progressive for over 3 years now and it’s a company I plan to stay at for the rest of my life. Don’t expect to come in, sit at a desk, and leave. It’s hard work when you’re first starting out. But you get rewarded and recognized for your hard work. If you’re looking for a company that’s accepting of you for you with endless growth opportunities, Progressive is it. However, you need to be dedicated to learning the job to get the work/life balance piece down.

Cons

There are truly zero cons.
