Pros

Excellent benefits. Outstanding people. The workplace culture cannot be beat - diverse, honest, friendly environment that takes the core values seriously. It’s an enjoyable place to work and I feel confident that I’d always be supported for doing the right thing.

Cons

Still hasn’t committed to working remotely, giving competitors an advantage. Salary and technology are both subpar. Training is almost non-existent in some departments.

Pros

Gain share (that's all they preach) and benefits.

Cons

I left on very good terms but..... They are Immoral, have no integrity, no work life balance, Horrible training or lack of!! Revolving door, that's why they are ALWAYS hiring! Very stressful. They put profit first and foremost over any employee that is not an executive! Shift bids, so if you don't go above and beyond every single time, you will have to work a shift that you hate and cannot work. They claim that they want you to be successful but won't provide you with the resources that you need. Constantly changing department managers. All of the "veteran" employees I've spoken with are just there because they are close to retiring or need the benefits or holding on until they find something else. I could go on and on about this company. They talk the good talk but cannot or will not back it up. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND working here.

Pros

Decent pay, at least prior to 2022. Benefits are fairly robust, and WFH is a great deal. Time off and schedule is flexible if you're efficient. All the team leads I worked with and my former co-workers were terrific people, easy to get along with and professional.

Cons

Poor training on the job; my training was largely self paced PowerPoints then stumbling through the job. Pay is stagnant, promotion is limited depending on the region you cover. High turnover and too much work being piled on to people results in constantly being buried in work, with little in the way of experienced people to lean on.
