      Not micromanaging when it comes to how to get the job done.

      Cons

      Doesn’t care how you close the claim just close it. Also will hinder your performance and then blame you for fail.

      The benefits are nice, People you meet are wonderful. Pay is okay.

      New Mexico for Progressive, it seems is in a weird desperate delusional mess. They want people to work here, but everyone just quits (including myself) because the state or this company is under heavy scrutiny.
