      Good benefits, but you can't use it because they don't let you leave. If you leave, they will put observation on your file. They place you to work on Saturdays and holidays and then talk about best place to work.

      Cons

      A lot! no work life balance. When do you finish your shift you don't want to do nothing. You are completely burned out. Actively looking for another job.
