Pros
The pay is great and the training is long.
Cons
Metrics, offering services you have little information on, stressful due to call volume daily. Very demanding, you are thrown to learn a new state in 4-6 hours. Immediately after expected to take calls at a fast pace. Lack of support in a timely manner. Just not a good work place, very boring no interaction with co-workers.
