      Pto Pay initial training Closed major holidays

      The initial training is phenomenal, can't say anything about that. But the training after if you learn a new skill is absolutely horrible. they throw a million things at you at once then throw you to the wolves. you're always getting yelled at for customers for things you can't control like federal regulations or so many technical issues. then you also get yelled at internally by other depts if you mess up or your coach who no matter what good things you're doing, will always find a flaw in you. so you always feel less than great and your anxiety will always be high.

      Gainshare bonus, decent health insurance, alright pay.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the amount of work you do. Lots of system issues. If you experience any technical issues you don’t get paid for it. Any weather related issues with internet going down you don’t get paid.

      There’s no breathing room. You only got five seconds in between calls and then it automatically picks up the next. They spent the last 15 minutes I’m training How to handle angry customers which is majority of them. There’s an assist like that you call for help and they tell you not to do something But if they end up taking the phone called they just end up doing everything they told you not to do and then they talk bad about you to the customer.
