Pros

They are all talk. They spin a good yarn about diversity and inclusion, just don't get sick.

Cons

If getting deathly ill from a misdiagnosis, having your wife secretly scouting cemeteries for you, loosing 70 lbs in six months and ending up in the ICU all resulting in a "decline in work performance" is grounds for termination, then this is the place for you. In short, they will take everything short of your life from you, then toss you aside.

Pros

the salary isn't bad to start

Cons

this place seems like a cult! so many people have been there for many years and I heard so many good things about the company. I don't know who these people are but... the training is long and tedious. You are told that you will have a lot of support after training but I did not find that to be the case. You are expected to work holidays and sit at your desk for 8 hours a day tied to a headset - no wireless headsets allowed. My supervisor was rude and condescending

Pros

The work environment is one of their guiding principles and it really shows. I truly miss my supervisors, managers, and co-workers, it really was like a family. I felt comfortable with and supported by management The culture is not too uptight. It is a team-based environment and if a teammate is struggling it's easy to get help. Communication at the cohort level is open. Compensation can provide a very comfortable life with a bit of tenure. The benefits are good!

Cons

It's claims and can be frustrating dealing with customer disputes. It is understandable because of the nature of the game, but if you try to not take it personally and strive to maintain a good work-life balance, then it will not be so bad.
