Pros

-work from home -friendly and positive meetings with coworkers are frequent -flexible hours and good pay -decent benefits platform

Cons

—supervisors are not held to the same standard, I’ve been on multiple teams since starting here and every supervisor is extremely different from how they schedule their time, to how they provide training and feedback to the associates. -I am one who does better with supervisors that allow me to have some autonomy but check in to see if I need anything or are available when I’m stuck on something - but my supervisor now is overbearing and condescending and does not give consistent answers or explanations for things. Many people are complaining to upper management with no response which is starting to sour my opinion of the entire company.

Pros

Business performance, profit sharing, benefits, c-suite team, flexibility, CEO is great, but not everyone follows her leadership style.

Cons

Variation between teams - some are great, some are terrible, toxic positivity is fairly common, not a lot of career advancement or growth opportunities unless you’re one of the “chosen” few, can be cliquey, seems like they say they promote long term flexibility but it’s hard to believe what’s said now vs what may happen in the future, seems like they reward staying quiet not making waves, which can have negative impacts long term, but they say they want people to speak up, there’s a disconnect somewhere in that whole mix.
