Pros

Pay, benefits, company culture is great/ very diverse, Flexible schedule

Cons

I have none in regards to the company itself. I have several cons regarding my specific role in claims (and prior) on the phones. Very routine work.. On the phone 98% of the day.. Claims is very stressful and the inventory is high. Very high expectations in terms of work load - which is understandable from a business perspective since the pay is above average in my area, but the work is very mentally draining most days. The structure is not for everyone and unfortunately - it became overwhelming and began to affect my personal life.

Pros

work from home gainshare training was good

Cons

seriously heavy call volume benefits aren’t the best pay is nowhere near what you have to deal with shifts/hours are terrible not much support not enough training people who call are mad and horrible about 90% of the time Once completing training, you’re pretty much thrown onto the phones. From that point forward, your workload becomes significantly heavier and your calls are much more difficult. There’s no support either, from management or from departments there to “help.” You’re met with attitude. The most mentally exhausting and terrible job I’ve ever had. Pay isn’t nearly close to what you should be compensated with to complete even an hour of your day. Every minute and call was pure TORTURE. Not to mention, the company’s scripting is so bland and non-descriptive, almost feels impossible to satisfy customers. Horrible job, and they claim to have lots of advancement opportunity and that’s a blatant lie.
