From that point forward, your workload becomes significantly heavier and your calls are much more difficult. There’s no support either, from management or from departments there to “help.” You’re met with attitude. The most mentally exhausting and terrible job I’ve ever had. Pay isn’t nearly close to what you should be compensated with to complete even an hour of your day. Every minute and call was pure TORTURE. Not to mention, the company’s scripting is so bland and non-descriptive, almost feels impossible to satisfy customers. Horrible job, and they claim to have lots of advancement opportunity and that’s a blatant lie.
