Pros

Gain-share bonus, offices in every state

Cons

They encourage throwing your co worker under the bus in order to get promoted. Work load unrealistic, they give so much work they expect overtime is expected. The salary compared to the amount of work and long hours are not worth it. Majority of reps are over worked and stressed. Every time you seem to get a handle on the job they throw a new obstacle in that restarts the rat race. Extreme micromanagement. They micro manage so much, they are obsessed with sending emails and reminding you how much you suck if u don’t live up to their unrealistic expectations. They have very aggressive and entitle customers.

Pros

Yearly bonus, generous pto, flexibility of schedule.

Cons

The supervisors are mediocre. They definitely need to train the supervisors on how to effectively manage a team. Also one on one coaching sessions only happen once every 1-2 months. You will have no clue on your performance unless you ask multiple times.
