Pros

Pre WFH culture was good selling point. Most managers are accommodating to personal time. Good ETB bank.

Cons

Promotion process is murky. Been to 3 areas in the company working on the same goal to get promoted. The reason to get promoted is because we need to get to the next payscale so our pay can grow at a 3% adjusted for inflation rate. When you reach the midpoint of the payscale the annual pay increments is less than the 3%. This makes it not worth it to put in extra effort for a better pay. The whole promotion process is as though we are pitted against each other to try to outshine each other. This is like getting ready for an interview that you cannot represent yourself but depends on the manager to fight for you. IT would be better to leave this company to get to the next level than to stick around.

Pros

If gainshare is at 2.0 you can make ok money.

Cons

- your pay will not increase. Don’t plan on making a career here, the company will do anything to justify not paying employees. - recent pay raises were 3.2%, which was lower than inflation, cost of living, and even cost of labor, which is at 4.4% this year. - they don’t care about employees mental health. It’s not uncommon to see people crying in their cubes daily. - they no longer hire from within, so again don’t plan on building a career here. - they prioritize process over people. They don’t care about how employees are effected, and they don’t care what customers need or request. If it goes against policy, it’s wrong.

Pros

Great pay , good benefits, flexible schedule. As long as you're just ok with a paycheck and no real advancement then this is your place. They will work you to death and are all about growth and hell bent on being #1. The company keeps growing but they prefer to hire the important and good jobs out of Arizona and Nevada so don't get your hopes up too high.

Cons

Poor management. Not trustworthy and extremely poor culture. Very uncomfortable place to work. Diversity and inclusion does not include management. They don't promote "Diversity " they just hire them to fill seats to say they are an inclusive company. They have the data to show you, and every employee can ask and see it for themselves they just don't tell you that because they'd rather not acknowlede their inherent bias.
